All sales are final
We keep our prices low by sourcing and shipping efficiently, and as a result we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong item. Please read product descriptions, sizing, and details carefully before you order. If you have a question before buying, email us at hello.coolluna@gmail.com, we're happy to help you choose.
If something is wrong with your order
We stand behind every order arriving in good condition. If your item is damaged, defective, materially not as described, or doesn't arrive, we'll make it right.
How it works:
1. Email hello.coolluna@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the latest estimated delivery date, if your order never arrived).
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and any damage, or a note that it didn't arrive.
3. If we confirm the issue, we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund, your choice where possible.
4. You won't need to ship anything back. Keep or dispose of the faulty item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges, if any, are included for damaged/defective/undelivered orders.
Order changes and cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us immediately at hello.coolluna@gmail.com. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment, we may be unable to change it.
Wrong or incomplete address
We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
